OnDemand blends the convenience of shared rides with the flexibility of curb-to-curb services. Customers name their desired pickup and dropoff locations for each trip and an OnDemand vehicle arrives to pick the customer up within 30 minutes. Trips must start and stop within a single service zone and other passengers traveling a similar route may be picked up or dropped off during your ride. The OnDemand minivans can be booked for up to four fare-paying passengers (children aged 5 and under ride for free and wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available).
