First Course (Select One):
- Beet cured faroe island salmon with salmon rillette, English cucumber, fresh dill, and pickled black berries and lemon EVO
- Bacon jam crostini, goat cheese, watermelon radishes, baby arugula, heirloom grape tomatoes and white balsamic vinaigrette
- Sushi poke “cobb” bowl with sticky rice, spicy tuna cucumber, carrots, beets, avocado, scallions, red peppers, sesame seeds and Japanese dressing
- Grilled vegetable and halloumi cheese roasted pepper feta spread, spiced crispy chickpea

Second Course (Select One):
- Pan roasted monk fish with, lemon baked potato medallions, edamame beans, Spanish chorizo and sherry infused lobster cream sauce
- Josper grilled pork tenderloin, apple braised red cabbage, whole grain mustard spaetzles, masala glaze
- Guajillo chiles braised beef short ribs, roasted Corn polenta, jalapeno and cilantro butter, hericot vert, baby carrots and grilled corn succotash, braising sauce

Situated directly on the beach overlooking the coveted Venice Fishing Pier, Fins at Sharky’s pairs exquisite culinary creations with magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico, creating a unique dining experience for all. Soak in the Gulf breeze and discover a place where you can sit back, relax, and savor a true craft dining experience. With an ever-changing menu inspired by an array of global cuisines and seasonal South Florida ingredients, our premium cuts of steak and pork are always juicy, and our Gulf seafood and sushi, always fresh. As for the ambiance, we incorporate an inviting design paired with coastal-inspired décor, making any seat, the best in the house, and any occasion, one worth remembering.

What we are known for is our steaks and sushi. With hand picked cattle, and all natural Meyer’s meat, we’re proud to serve the area as a premier steakhouse. What we’re equally passionate about though, is our Josper oven: a smoker/grill hybrid that uses fruitwood to smoke and grill meats and vegetables at temperatures ranging from 850°-1000°. (Nod to the juiciest foods you’ll ever taste.) For our sushi, expect it to be made with only local ingredients and freshly caught fish. And we promise you the rolls are ever evolving, based on today’s availability. (Parents be warned—our kids’ menu was made for the young foodie—their spread will offer tastings such as an intro to the California roll, or melded flavors like a steak, pineapple and tomato skewer.)

Our draft list offers a complete selection of Florida craft brews including locals like JDub’s, Darwin’s and Motorworks. Or, try a cocktail infused with unforeseen additives like spicy vanilla, lavender or blueberry.
