- Polenta cake with sausage and fontina cheese, baked in the oven
- Beet salad with watermelon, goat cheese, and shaved fennel

2nd Course: (Choice of)
- Famous ravioli daily selection
- Chicken saltinbocca
- Veal 3-way (breaded veal, 1 topped with mixed green and tomato, 1 parmesan style -- tomato and mozzarella, and 1 caper and lemon)
- Fish of the day
- Linguine pasta with shrimp with spicy sauce.

Welcome To ANDREA'S The Art of Food and Wine | Andrea was born in a little town named Pallanza in Piedmont, Italy. He moved to Sarasota in 2003 after visiting the area on vacation the year before. He feel in love with Siesta Key. He was taken back by the atmosphere and energy the city had. His passion for food stems from his grandparents. As a child, Andrea was spoiled by them. Feeding him everything fresh from their home garden. Even his eggs were fresh from their farm. At the young age of 15, Andrea knew he wanted to become a chef. He studied at the hotel school in Stresa, one of the most famous in all of Europe.
