Originally from Kazakhstan, I arrived in the United States three years ago, embarking on a culinary journey that has led me to the helm of the kitchen at Bavaro’s in Sarasota. With a deep-rooted passion for working with dough, whether crafting pizzas or pasta, I find solace and fulfillment in the rhythmic process, viewing it as a form of meditation. Grateful for the opportunity to pursue my culinary dreams in this vibrant community, I extend my heartfelt appreciation to our owner, Dan Bavaro. Collaborating closely with our esteemed general manager, Joseph Platia, I am committed to contributing to the ongoing success and legacy of Bavaro’s.
