Culinary Chef Antonio arrived in Sarasota in 1997 and later returned to Italy in 2008 to work with his family at their two restaurants in Anzio Beach on the south coast of Rome. With a focus on fresh seafood and impeccable meat dishes, Antonio's culinary journey led him back to Sarasota, a place where he felt a deep connection. Upon discovering The Reserve, he was captivated by its charm and decided to blend traditional Italian flavors with a contemporary American twist, a concept he calls "TRADINNOVATION." Antonio values customer feedback and strives to create memorable experiences through his freshly prepared dishes made from scratch every day.
