Designed to introduce first-time and re-introduce infrequent conferences/meetings to Sarasota County, this program will enhance the destination experience for attendees, while still supporting the goals of the conference/meeting.
Incentive Options
Our Meeting Incentive Program is designed to help you discover (or rediscover) the unique charm and vibrant energy of Sarasota County. We'll help you create an unforgettable experience for your attendees while supporting your meeting objectives. You can receive up to $15 cash back per peak room night (minimum 35 rooms on peak).
Meeting Incentive Program Details
Rooms on Peak are defined as the highest number of rooms booked on a single night in all the applicant’s Sarasota County hotel room blocks throughout the duration of stay. If the meeting does not have a minimum of 35 Rooms on Peak, incentive will be forfeited.
Total Rooms Cash Rebate is for all consecutive room nights combined.
Incentive will be distributed after culmination of meeting, on a reimbursement basis.
