Siesta Beach named Number One Beach in America again by Dr. Beach

SARASOTA, Fla. (May 26, 2017) Siesta Beach in Sarasota County on Florida's Gulf Coast was was named the #1 Beach in America by Dr. Stephen Leatherman, a.k.a. “Dr. Beach” today. Siesta Beach is the first beach to make it to the number one spot twice on Dr. Beach’s annual beaches’ list. Siesta was named the top beach in 2011.
