As of summer 2024, Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) now has 60 nonstop destinations operating through 10 airline carriers. Southwest remains the largest airline operating out of SRQ by number of departures (around 65 scheduled take-offs every week). The second-largest operator is American Airlines.

- Raleigh-Durham, NC (RDU): Operated by Breeze seasonally
- Portsmouth, NH (PSM): Operated by Allegiant Air year-round
- Westchester County, NY (HPN): Operated by Breeze Airways seasonally
Long Island-Islip, NY (ISP): Operated by Breeze Airways seasonally
