One More Week of Great Dining Deals as 17th Annual Savor Sarasota Continues

Don't miss out on the dining deals of the summer, as Savor Sarasota has just under one week to go

SARASOTA, Fla. (June 8, 2022) – With just under one week to go for this year’s Savor Sarasota 2022, visitors and residents alike are dining their way around nearly fifty eateries, exploring two and three-course feasts. Savor Sarasota allows participating restaurants to offer prix-fixe two course lunches for $20 per person, and three-course dinner menus for $35 per person.

Restaurants participating in the dining program are seeing a surge of new clientele that has helped increase the restaurants awareness and bring in new guests. Kathleen Ziccardi, owner of San Marcos of Venice said, “Savor Sarasota has giving us a chance to showcase our “made from scratch” menu and allow our guests to participate in two tasting menus for a great price. The response so far has been phenomenal from our regular guests and has opened the door for new guests coming in every day. We have enhanced the guest experience by adding wine and beer specials, this has proven to be a winner. The response has been so positive in the first week that we are already setting the stage to extend our Savor Sarasota menu into July.”

Many restaurants are offering upgrades to elevate their guests’ dining experience, for example, Lucarelli’s in Venice is offering a “Mixed Grill” for an additional $5 upcharge, Andrea’s Restaurant on Siesta Drive is offering Beef Carpaccio for a $5 upcharge, and Bijou Garden Café is taking it to the next level with their version of Duck Confit for an additional $15. “The Savor Sarasota menus are expansive and varied, so everyone and every palate has something to “savor””, said Erin Duggan, VP of Visit Sarasota County.

The 17th Annual Savor Sarasota will continue through Tuesday, June 14th.  Many restaurants will extend their prix-fixe menus past the two-week period that will roll into Visit Sarasota’s “Fun in the 941” program.
