Beef Barbacoa - Slow-braised beef with guajillo peppers, onions, and spices. Served with charro beans and Mexican rice.
Camarones al Ajillo - Sautéed jumbo shrimp with garlic, chile de árbol, vino blanco, and cilantro butter. Served with jicama slaw and Mexican rice.
