First Course (Choice of):

Ensalada de la Casa - Choice of protein: grilled salmon, carne asada, grilled chicken, or grilled mesquite chicken breast.

Burrito Bowl - Mexican rice, black beans, pico de gallo, shaved street corn, asadero cheese, and avocado. Choice of protein: crispy short rib, carne asada, grilled baby shrimp, Campechano, or grilled mesquite chicken.

Tortas Planchadas - Pressed telera bread filled with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, Oaxaca cheese. Served with fries, sliced jalapeños, and salsa verde. Choice of protein: carne asada, Campechano, shrimp, or chicken tinga.

Enchiladas Divorciadas - Housemade corn tortillas filled with pulled chicken, topped with red and green sauces, queso fresco, and crema. Served with charro beans and Mexican rice.

House Burrito - Mexican rice, black beans, pico de gallo, asadero cheese, and avocado. Choice of protein: crispy short rib, grilled baby shrimp, chicken tinga, or carne asada. Served with papas fritas and guacamole.

Kalifornia Tacos - Two crispy beer-battered cod tacos with lettuce, pico de gallo, and chipotle crema. Served with charro beans and Mexican rice.

Carne Asada Tacos - Two diced ribeye steak tacos with house spices, topped with onions and cilantro. Served with charro beans and Mexican rice.

Cup of Chicken Tortilla Soup - Pulled chicken, roasted corn, chipotle peppers, poblanos, and onions in tomato broth. Garnished with tortilla strips and avocado.

Ensalada de la Casa - Local mixed greens, roasted sweet corn, jicama, radish, avocado, and queso fresco with cilantro-lime buttermilk dressing.

Second Course (Choice of):

Beef Barbacoa - Slow-braised beef with guajillo peppers, onions, and spices. Served with charro beans and Mexican rice.

Camarones al Ajillo - Sautéed jumbo shrimp with garlic, chile de árbol, vino blanco, and cilantro butter. Served with jicama slaw and Mexican rice.

Chiles Rellenos (Vegetarian) - Two poblano peppers stuffed with potatoes, mushrooms, onions, and roasted carrots in vegetable mole, with cashew sour cream and confit tomatoes. Served with Mexican rice and black beans.

Enchiladas Divorciadas - Pulled chicken served with red and green sauces, queso fresco, and crema. Served with Mexican rice and charro beans.

Cochinita Pibil - Yucatan-style roasted pork shoulder in banana leaves with sour orange, annatto seeds, and cinnamon. Served with Mexican rice, charro beans, and warm tortillas.
