Caprese Salad - Sliced mozzarella cheese, confit heirloom tomato, olive tapenade, red pickled onion, olive oil, balsamic glaze, petite basil.

Ropa Vieja Empanada - Crispy fried empanada filled with braised flank steak, onions, and peppers, served with creole sauce and jalapeño cilantro aioli.

Fin’s Ceviche - Catch of the day and baby shrimp with sweet pepper, onion, jalapeño, avocado, served with plantain chips.

Second Course (Choice of):

Seafood Paella - Bay scallops, shrimp, catch of the day, black mussels, saffron rice, English peas, and sweet Peruvian pepper.

Gochujang Chicken - Stir-fried chicken in Korean red chili pepper sauce with snow peas, carrots, beech and shiitake mushrooms, sesame seeds, steamed sushi rice, and toasted edamame.
