First Course (Choice of):

Mahi Bites - Golden-fried and served with remoulade sauce.

Chilled Mahi Dip - Smoked mahi-mahi blended with cream cheese, herbs, and spices. Served with crackers and fresh veggies.

Shrimp Cocktail - Chilled jumbo shrimp with cocktail sauce and a fresh lemon wedge.

Second Course (Choice of):

Fish & Chips - Beer-battered Atlantic cod served with fries and coleslaw.

Crispy Chicken Sandwich - Bacon, cheddar, lettuce, pickles, boom sauce, and ranch dressing.

Cobb Salad - Chicken, romaine, egg, bacon, avocado, tomato, onions, blue cheese, and hot bacon vinaigrette dressing.

Grouper Sandwich - Grilled, blackened, or fried on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, and tartar sauce.

Chicken Marsala - Chicken breast with mushrooms and marsala sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.

Seafood Alfredo - Shrimp, scallops, and crab sautéed in a Cajun Alfredo sauce.

Bruschetta Salmon - Salmon topped with bruschetta, fresh basil, and balsamic glaze. Served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.

Sesame Crusted Tuna - Seared ahi tuna with wasabi aioli and soy sauce. Served with yellow saffron rice and asparagus.

Basil Pesto Pasta - Chicken or shrimp in creamy basil pesto sauce over linguini with tomatoes and parmesan cheese.

Black Grouper Entree (+$10) - Gulf grouper topped with beurre blanc, served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
