Kumamoto Oysters* - Three half shell oysters with cucumber and yuzu mignonette pearls.

Prosciutto Carpaccio - Balsamic glaze, smoked blue cheese, fig, and fig pearls.

Tempura Brussel Sprouts - Tossed in Thai chili sweet sauce with cashews, shredded carrots, and green onion.

Second Course (Choice of):

Ricotta Stuffed Shells with Sausage - Two ricotta stuffed shells in a spicy arrabbiata sauce with sausage.

Filet with Blackened Shrimp* - 3 oz filet with two blackened shrimp, served with carrot and potato.

Tajin Spiced Grouper - With avocado salsa, lemon cream citrus sauce, and green beans.

Eggplant - ½ Ultimate eggplant served with pasta.

Third Course (Choice of):

Habanero Dusted Ice Cream - Vanilla ice cream with spicy habanero dust, mango pearls, and buzz button leaf.

Basil Dusted Ice Cream - Vanilla ice cream with basil dust and buzz button leaf.

Crème Brûlée Donut - Warm donut stuffed with crème brûlée, topped with vanilla bean ice cream, mandarin oranges, and mandarin compote.
