Big Bang Shrimp - Large shrimp, lightly fried, served over smoked gouda cheese grits with sweet chili sauce.

Chilled Ahi Tuna - Wasabi & sesame crusted, seared rare, with Asian sauce and seaweed rice salad.

Fried Green Tomatoes - Fried golden brown with goat cheese, balsamic drizzle, and Georgia peach chutney.

Second Course (Choice of):

Kiwi & Strawberry Salad - Fresh strawberries and marinated kiwi with candied pecans and crumbled goat cheese on mixed greens with white balsamic vinaigrette.

Classic Spinach Salad - Served with warm bacon dressing.

Third Course (Choice of):

Lobster Mac & Cheese - Freshly steamed Maine lobster, macaroni in a creamy white cheese sauce, toasted crumbs, and truffle oil.

Pompano Piccata - Pan-seared pompano finished in a lemon butter and white wine sauce with capers and mushrooms. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans.

Swordfish Delaney - Pan-seared swordfish with spinach and gorgonzola, grain mustard beurre blanc, and roasted garlic mash.

Salmon Rene - Chargrilled salmon, wild mushroom ravioli, light creamed spinach sauce, fresh Romano cheese.

Baby Back Ribs & Shrimp - Slow-cooked and fork-tender baby back ribs with coconut fried shrimp, fries, and slaw.
