Savor Every Moment of this Year's 18th Annual Savor Sarasota!
’s time for restaurants and foodies to savor the very best of Sarasota’s culinary community, it’s time for the 18th annual Savor Sarasota! A truly bon vivant food fest, Savor Sarasota is a two-week dining program that offers guests exceptional prix-fixe menus for both lunch and dinner. Lunch menus will feature a two-course menu for $25 per person, and dinner menus will offer three-courses for $40 per person. Additionally, many restaurants will be offering “upgrade dishes, wine pairings, and wine flights” to elevate the diners’ experience. Savor Sarasota will be held from June 1st through June 14th, 2023.
Currently, the Savor Sarasota program is open to Visit Sarasota County restaurant partners. To participate in Savor Sarasota, restaurants are asked to donate two $50 gift certificates to be used throughout the year for visiting travel writers, meeting planners, tour operators, etc. For full details and to sign up, visit https://www.cognitoforms.com/VisitSarasota1/savorsarasota2023
All restaurants who are members of Visit Sarasota County are invited to participate in this year’s Savor Sarasota. Non-member restaurants interested in joining the savor promotion should contact Industry Development Manager, Carolyn Perry [email protected] or call 941.955.0991 ext. 104. The savor Sarasota promotion is the perfect reason for restaurants to join VSC.
“Sarasota is home to some of the most amazing restaurants in the state of Florida.” Said Virginia Haley, VSC President. “Our culinary diversity has grown leaps and bounds for our community. There is something for every gourmand: modern, traditional, and international cuisines – pescatarian, vegan and vegetarian, from steaks to seafood – Savor Sarasota has it all. We are a foodie’s paradise.”
Originally created as Restaurant Week in 2006 by Visit Sarasota County, Savor Sarasota first launched with the goal to help area partner restaurants flourish during what was known as “the off season”. This promotion was designed to encourage locals and summer visitors to have an opportunity to discover the epicurean gems throughout Sarasota County. Within the 725 miles of Sarasota County, restaurants in Sarasota proper (north, south and midtown), Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, and Englewood are encouraged to participate in this delicious opportunity.
