🎃 Boo Bash Costume Contest & Small Dog Races at Dog Bar Sarasota 🎃

Looking for the most fun you can have this Halloween? This is it!

👻 Costume Contest – 1:00 PM
Kick off the day with our costume contest! Prizes will be awarded for Most Creative, Spookiest, and Laugh-Out-Loud Ensemble.

🐾 Boo Bash Races – 2:00–3:00 PM
The races are on! Tiny legs, big speed, and even bigger bragging rights.

Dogs will be grouped into Small, Medium, and Large categories.

Races will run in heats of 4 dogs, with winners from each size category moving on to the Championship Round.

🎶 Dog Bar is teaming up with Skyway Dachshund Rescue and DJ Brandon to bring the Halloween party vibes. Whether you’re racing your pup, parading in costume, or sipping a cocktail while cheering, this is Sarasota’s newest Halloween tradition you don’t want to miss.

Date: Sunday, October 27th
Costume Contest: 1 PM
Races: 2–3 PM
Prizes: Medals & goodies for winners in each category

💸 Charity & Fundraising
100% of proceeds from race entries, raffles, and Jell-O shots benefit Skyway Dachshund Rescue.

📋 Race Rules
Check-in at least 30 minutes before race start.
Dogs must be up to date on shots; first-time visitors must also complete a free Dog Bar membership registration online.

Dogs pre-entered in the races do not need to pay the $7 day pass fee.

Dogs must be fixed if over 1 year old.

Patrons must be 16+ to enter the off leash yard, our restaurant and outdoor patio are all ages.
