The night kicks off with an optional after-hours gallery tour at 5:30 PM, featuring the dynamic exhibition Future Now: Virtual Sneakers to Cutting-Edge Kicks. This showcase explores transformation through the bold lens of design, fashion and technology, offering a thought-provoking glimpse into the future of creative expression.
Following the tour, guests will sit down at 6:30 PM for a four-course dinner curated by Executive Chef Peyton Leffingwell. Inspired by the exhibition’s theme of transformation, the May menu features a playful amuse bouche of crispy Reuben croquettes with blackened Russian aioli, followed by a vibrant appetizer of smashed buffalo burrata with spring peas, pickled rhubarb, and preserved lemon. The entrée highlights caraway-crusted lamb served with minted English pea pesto and garlic “foot bread”—a witty nod to the sneaker theme. Dessert brings it home with a nostalgic twist: a black and white cookie ice cream sandwich topped with toasted pistachio and apricot. A vegetarian option is available upon request.
