Summer Sizzle is a series of 3 vortex tours! The Sizzle is a shorter (90 minute) version of the full (2.5 hour) vortex tour with special pricing (60% off!) for locals in the rainy season. It starts with a 15 minute hike along South creek, then 15 minutes of yoga under a 100 year old oak tree, building up to the highlight-a guided vortex meditation, and hiking back to the nature center. **Optional** Bring your bathing suit if you want to extend the adventure and cool off with a swim in Lake Osprey. Step-by-step directions: Drive 1 mile on the main road. Past the South Picnic Area and past the Campground. Slight right at the sign that says "Lake Osprey Picnic Area" Park anywhere in the loop and look for the group under a picnic shelter near the nature center. How to Dress and What to bring: Your guide will carry a full first aid kit and *emergency* water. Please plan ahead and take personal responsibility for the day's temperature and humidity conditions. Dress for exercising; Carry your own Water (minimum 2 bottles / 34 oz. / 1 liter); Wear Closed toe shoes; Use Sun Protection (hat, sunglasses, long sleeves, sunscreen); and bring any other essentials you need for your individual health and comfort (epi-pen, inhaler, medication, snacks, fans, misters, walking poles/sticks, collapsible chair, *** All participants and guardians must sign safety waivers.
