About the Chef

Chef Paulo is Originally from the Island of Ischia In southwest Italy. Our menu is based off of traditional Italian cuisine that he brought from his homeland. We hand make our pasta in house. All of our sauces are made from scratch. We use imported Italian cheeses, meats, tomatoes, olives for our extensive build your own meat and cheese board menu. We dry age steaks in house, as well as source the freshest veal. With Paolo being from and Island in the Gulf of Naples, he has added a lot of fresh Seafood options as well. Paolo and his team are well versed in many traditional Italian dishes, come and visit us to find out for yourself!
