About the Chef

Chef Ian Clark’s culinary journey began early—at just 14, he took his first job in the restaurant industry as a busboy. Within a year, he found his true passion in the kitchen and began cooking at age 15. While attending Cranford High School in New Jersey, Ian immersed himself in culinary education, taking a wide range of classes including Foods I, II, and III, International Cuisine, and Food Science & Nutrition.

His dedication to the craft led him to the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, where he graduated in 2006. Soon after, Ian relocated to Florida to be closer to family—and to enjoy more time on the beach and out fishing.

When he’s not in the kitchen, Chef Ian loves spending time outdoors with his wife, Noelle, and their daughter, Lacey Rose. Whether it's a day at the beach or relaxing by the pool, family time is a cherished priority.

Chef's Favorite Menu Item

At Harry’s, Chef Ian is especially proud of his signature Oysters Rockefeller, a long-running special that first debuted at a private dinner party and quickly became a fan favorite. Over the years, it’s drawn acclaim from diners around the world who call it the best they’ve ever had. While the menu is full of thoughtful selections, Chef Ian’s true love lies in the rotating specials—creative, seasonal, and always something to look forward to.
