Aaron enjoys fishing, surfing, golfing and of course cooking seafood! He is a Sarasota Native that's spent a lot of time in California, Hawaii and Central America. You can see those places style of cooking reflected in his specials. While the set menu at Big Water Fish Market highlights typical meals you will find in Florida like the Grouper Grill Sandwich, as well as other classic seafood favorites such as; the lobster roll and fish'n'chips. Aaron started working the fish case at Big Water when he was 16 in high school at Riverview, working his way up to chef and kitchen manager over the seven years he's worked here. He aspires to travel the world learning new styles of cooking, while catching some good waves and big fish at the same time.
