Join us in Michael’s Wine Cellar for a festive and flavor-filled Pre-Kentucky Derby Wine Dinner on Thursday, April 16 from 6:30–9:30 PM. This is your chance to channel Derby-day glamour a little early— ladies, wear your most fabulous hats & fascinators, and gentlemen, dress to impress.
Enjoy a beautifully curated multi-course dinner paired with standout selections from Tamber Bey Vineyards and beyond, all in an intimate cellar setting that’s perfect for celebrating the season.
The Lineup:
· Passed Hors d’Oeuvres with Sauvignon Blanc, Lake County, CA, 2024
· First Course featuring two Chardonnays:
“Sans Chêne” Unoaked 2023 & “Deux Chevaux” 2023
· Second Course with Burnside Pinot Noir 2024 & “Rabicano” Red Blend 2022
· Third Course showcasing Cabernet Sauvignon:
“Deux Chevaux” 2022 & Oakville Estate, Napa Valley 2022
· Dessert Course paired with a very special, rare surprise wine!
