Junior League of Sarasota's 49th Simply Sarasota Tour of Homes

The 49th Simply Sarasota Tour of Homes, presented by Arbor Landscapes, returns to Sarasota on Friday, January 30 and Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.

This beloved community tradition offers an exclusive look inside some of Sarasota's most beautiful private residences. Guests can enjoy live music, demonstrations, pop-up shopping, lite bites, wine tastings and other curated experiences throughout the tour.

Attendees may choose self-guided General Admission tickets or upgrade to a VIP Trolley experience, which includes hosted transportation between homes, Prosecco, personal charcuterie boxes, snacks and select narrated segments. Due to popular demand, expanded VIP trolley availability will be offered both days.

The tour concludes Saturday with the Toast of the Tour Celebration from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. at CinéBistro of Siesta Key, featuring music, drinks, lite bites and a silent auction. Admission to the Toast of the Tour is included with Tour of Homes tickets.

Proceeds benefit the Junior League of Sarasota and support programs assisting individuals aging out of the foster care system, along with other community initiatives.
