Diverse Fest

Diverse Fest is Sarasota’s annual celebration of inclusion, connection, and community, where art, culture and humanity come together. This free, family‑friendly festival uplifts every voice and reminds us that our diversity is what makes us strong. The first Diverse Fest launched in July 2023, welcoming local nonprofits, LGBTQ+ groups, BIPOC-owned businesses, artists, performers, and community organizations. The goal was clear: to create a free, accessible festival that felt safe, welcoming, and empowering for everyone. Each year, Diverse Fest grows in attendance, featuring live music by local musicians, theatre performances, family activities, food trucks, and vendors - creating space to celebrate who we are and stand together in love and unity.
