Calm Is a Superpower! is a free family event with Mr. Stevey & Friends designed to help children explore simple ways to feel calm, confident, and creative.

Through stories, movement, mindful breathing, art, imagination, and play, kids will discover practical tools they can use to slow down, reset, and manage big feelings.

With Halloween just around the corner, children are encouraged to come dressed as any calm character that inspires courage, kindness, or calm. That could be a superhero, animal, favorite book character, or someone they admire.

Families can expect an interactive, playful experience centered on one big idea: calm is a superpower we can all practice.
