Dog-friendly community event supports affordable spay & neuter services

Sarasota, FL – Animal Rescue Coalition (ARC) invites the community to lace up their sneakers and grab a leash for ARC Walk, a fun, dog-friendly event happening Saturday, May 3rd, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Payne Park in downtown Sarasota (2010 Adams Ln, Sarasota, FL 34237).

ARC Walk is a feel-good morning designed to bring animal lovers together in support of a powerful mission: giving pets a healthier future through affordable spay and neuter services. The event welcomes families, friends, and of course dogs, for a casual community walk followed by food trucks, free dog treats, exclusive event t-shirts, and raffle baskets featuring both a Dog Basket and Cat Basket packed with local goodies.

Founded in Sarasota, ARC has spent more than two decades working to reduce pet overpopulation and keep animals out of shelters. Through accessible veterinary care and partnerships with rescue organizations, ARC helps thousands of animals each year get a real chance at a safe, loving home.

The event is open to the public and designed to be inclusive, welcoming, and fun, whether you're a longtime supporter of ARC or just looking for a great way to spend a Sunday morning with your dog.
