Watershed Hospitality Concepts Local Partnerships for the Greater Good

So when we opened in January, 2025, some of our first goals were to continue the Watershed Hospitality Concepts' longstanding partnerships with local farmers & ranchers and the not-for-profit partners which help keep our coastal waters healthy. During the Florida growing season, we are proud to showcase local, organic produce from our farm partner, Blumenberry Farms. All year we partner with Oyster Boys Conservation, saving our oyster shells for their projects to replenish the oyster habitat in our bays and Gulf. When our guests enjoy a cocktail, fresh seafood or our made-to-order fare, they not only enjoy the timeless ritual of sharing a meal but are also contributing to WHC's "Local Partnerships for the Greater Good" initiative.
