Over the course of his bright culinary career, Peyton developed a comprehensive skill set and passion for creating deeply flavorful and innovative dishes with a flair for Italian, French, and American cuisine.

He honed his high standards for taste, presentation, and service working with head chefs and kitchen staff in high-profile kitchens ranging from Sarasota’s Sage SRQ to the New Orleans Restaurant August to the Augusta National Golf Club.

His specialty? Combining classic cooking techniques with modern flavors and local ingredients to create seasonal menus featuring visually stunning dishes.
