Chef Andrea Bozzolo
Wine has been a part of Chef Andrea’s life since he was a small boy growing up in Pallanza, Italy, his family has owned and operated wine shops in Piedmont since 1901. It was watching his grandfather and father develop relationships with winegrowers and winemakers throughout Italy that sparked his passion for wine. He brings that same commitment, having special bonds with winemakers and wine suppliers.
His passion for food began with his grandparents, from his youth, he knew he wanted to become a chef, and Andrea began his training in 1985 at the Scuola di Stresa, L"Erminio Maggia" then worked his way up to the title Executive Chef for Princess Cruise Lines. He has cooked his way around the globe including Italy, France, England, Australia, Hong Kong and the United States. One of his greatest career opportunities was working under Chef Gualtiero Marchesi. Chef Marchesi ignited Chef Andrea’s fire and drive to create memorable dishes for his guests.
