Savor Sarasota's 21st Year Serves Big Results: $1 Million Generated for Sarasota's Restaurant Community in 14 Days

25,466 Meals Served Across 68 Restaurants as Sarasota's Premier Dining Promotion Marks Another Record Year

SARASOTA, FL, June 22, 2026 -- What started as a summer strategy powered by Visit Sarasota County (VSC) has become one of the region’s most successful culinary campaigns. The 21st Annual Savor Sarasota concludes its two-week run generating over $1 million in restaurant revenue across 68 participating restaurants in just 14 days.

Diners throughout Sarasota County turned out in impressive numbers for the region's premier prix-fixe dining promotion, sitting down for 6,532 lunches and 18,934 dinners, totaling 25,466 meals and $1,015,330 in combined revenue, with 86% of restaurants reporting their guest covers.

Across Sarasota County from UTC to downtown to South County including Englewood and North Port, guests enjoyed two-course lunches for $25 and three-course dinners for $45 per person. Many of the VSC partners added optional wine pairings and specially crafted cocktails designed to elevate the dining experience from a meal into a memory.

"Savor Sarasota started as a smart solution for the summer slowdown, and twenty-one years later, it has become one of our community's most exciting culinary events,” said Erin Duggan, President and CEO of Visit Sarasota County. “What impresses me every year is how our chefs and restaurateurs keep raising the bar. The attention to every detail: creative menus, the thoughtful wine pairings, and creating special cocktails, all designed to give guests a truly special dining experience. I am just so proud of this incredible group of hospitality professionals!"

New to the 2026 event was Chophouse285, the newest venture from Laurie Farlow, who has participated in Savor Sarasota for years with her flagship restaurant Farlow's on the Water. Farlow, owner of Farlow's on the Water and Chophouse285, shared: "As a longtime participant of Savor Sarasota with our restaurant Farlow's on the Water, we were excited to join for our newest venture Chophouse285. It exceeded our expectations with so many new customers coming to try us for their first time. The buzz generated by Savor Sarasota and the many media opportunities were amazing for Chophouse285. We are so happy to have had the opportunity to participate in Savor Sarasota and representing South County! Thank you Visit Sarasota and your team for making it happen!"

Among the participating restaurants was Marcel DW, whose owner and executive chef Jeremy Duclut has now participated in Savor Sarasota three consecutive years. Duclut shared: "I personally love participating in Savor Sarasota; it has been three years now and each year gets better. It gives the guest an opportunity to enjoy a full dinner and to take the time to actually dine. We get to meet new customers, and give us a proper send off to the summer month."

For diners who did not get their fill, the fun is not over. Fifty-five restaurants are extending their prix-fixe menus through the end of June and beyond. Visit SavorSarasota.com for the full list of continuing restaurants and reservations.
