Sarasota's Hottest Reservation of the Summer is Back: 21st Annual Savor Sarasota Kicks Off June 1

SARASOTA, FL, MAY 12, 2026 — Visit Sarasota County (VSC) is thrilled to announce that Savor Sarasota, the region’s signature prix-fixe dining promotion, is back for its 21st year, running June 1 through June 14, 2026. What began as a community-minded “Sarasota Restaurant Week” to keep restaurants busy and locals and visitors dining out during the slow season after snowbirds headed north, has grown into one of the most popular dining events in all of Southwest Florida. This year, more than 55 restaurants have already signed up, with more expected to join.

During Savor Sarasota, participating restaurants offer exclusively crafted prix-fixe menus: a three-course dinner for $45 and, for those serving the midday crowd, a two-course lunch for just $25. And this year, chefs across the county are going above and beyond. Many are offering premium upgrades featuring higher-end and signature dishes, and nearly every kitchen is pairing each course with thoughtfully curated cocktails and wines. It is a dining experience that only comes once a year, and the restaurants know it.
