Chef Marcos Vasquez

(SIESTA KEY OYSTER BAR)  Chef Marcos Vasquez has been with Siesta Key Oyster Bar for 12 years!  He is from Guatemala and moved to Florida in 2005.  Marcos has learned many of his techniques from local chefs.  He loves working with fresh, local seafood and produce.  He enjoys participating in local events such as the annual Sustainable Seafood Dinner, Banquet on the Block and of course Savor Sarasota!
