About the Chef
A Florida native, Erik Walker transitioned from aerospace engineering to culinary arts after discovering his love for innovative cuisine in LA. He trained under Michelin-starred chefs in the U.K. and LA, later returning to Florida to refine his culinary and business skills. Now, Erik is excited to lead the kitchen at Arts & Central, blending his passion for food with unforgettable guest experiences. Erik is married with three kids and when he’s not working enjoys spending time outdoors and finding new and innovative culinary ideas.
