About the Chef
Chef Daniele was born and raised in Italy and trained under Italian chefs in the city of Torino, from the Piedmont region. He worked at Caffe Regione in Torino under Chef Marcello Magliocco for many years. He makes all the pasta homemade daily and also bakes our fresh bread and desserts. He has been running the kitchen at Flavio for the past 30 years with masterful experience. Flavio’s mother, Mamma Luisa, is in the kitchen every day making the delicious handmade gnocchi. Chef Daniele also oversees our wine cellar and wine list with his sommelier experience in wine from all the regions of Italy, France, California, South Africa, and Chile.
