Home for many historic icons. Circling around the park is the Circus Ring of Fame, honoring outstanding circus performers, owners, and animal trainers. Many sculptures accentuate the park such as: “Discus Thrower” and “Mercury” (Borghese Warrior) by Gennaro Chiurazzi, and a bronze sculpture of John Ringling by Tony Lopez. Locals and visitors enjoy shopping, eating, and festivals inside the park. Owned and operated by the City of Sarasota Parks and Recreation District.
