In 2006, Guitar Sarasota launched our “International Concert Series” to bring the artistry of world class classical and flamenco guitarists from around the globe to the local Sarasota arts scene. The number of concert goers attending this very popular series has grown steadily every year. With a growing audience base, we have moved our series to the professional Riverview Performing Arts Center, a facility with an acoustically engineered interior and state-of-the-art sound technology offering a near-perfect acoustic experience for Guitar Sarasota patrons.

Our International Concert Series will begin in January 2023 with the following concert schedule:

January 7, 2023 - Bokyung Byun, the award winning classical guitarist from South Korea

February 4, 2023 - Zoran Dukic, the amazing classical guitarist from Croatia

March 11, 2023 - The Antonio Rey Flamenco Troupe,  world renowned flamenco guitarist from Spain

April 22, 2023 - Laura Snowden, the lyrical classical guitarist from the United Kingdom
