Blackburn Point Park is an existing 4-acre water access park. A portion of the existing park is located just east of the historic swing bridge on the south side of Blackburn Point Road. The area has historically been known as "Fisherman's Island." Additional park areas are located on the west side of the historic bridge on the north side of Blackburn Point Road.
