Our mission is to improve the quality of life for our community and be an economic generator for our region. Nathan Benderson Park Conservancy's primary purpose is to develop and promote Nathan Benderson Park as a world-class event center, team training site and Sarasota County park, while providing outreach programs through recreation, safety training, education and volunteering as a service to our community. NBP Priorities 1. To establish and maintain a world-class multipurpose event center that will enable a return of investment to benefit taxpayers and the State of Florida 2. To be an Olympic-level training center for regional, national and international athletes 3. To promote a better quality of life through health and wellness by providing opportunities to walk, run, bike, row, fish and more at our community park 4. To provide an entry point into aquatic and sports programs through community outreach
