Grand Prix Horse Show Jumping is an Olympic Sport requiring extraordinary athletiscm from both horse and rider, with jumps approaching 5 feet high and 6 feet wide. Gates open at 5 pm, first horse on course at 7 pm. National Anthem performed by Shantel Norman, lead singer for Jah Movement., Sarasota Country Sheriff's Mounted Patrol will present the colors. InStride Mini-Ponies will be there, Food and Beverage available for purchase. Proceeds of admissions benefit Friends of Venice Public Library.
