Penne alla Sorrentina - Sautéed garlic, basil and fresh tomatoes with light marinara, topped with fresh Burrata cheese.

Pappardelle All Bolognese - Wide flat -pasta with home-made Beef meat-sauce.

Salted Cod - Bacalhau Ribatejano - Shredded Salted Cod, sautéed with onion, garlic, red bell peppers and black olives, served with sliced boiled eggs and sliced potato fries

Chicken Parmigiana - Breaded-fried, topped with marinara and mozzarella cheese, With linguini Aglio-e-Olio or Marinara.

Pork Trasmontana - Pork Tenderloin-Tournedos, served with Alheira Trasmontana sauce and fig-glaze, with vegetables and starch of the day.
