First Course (Select One):
- Homemade Country Paté: Traditional pork and chicken liver terrine paté
- Hot Brie Salad: Toasted Brie cheese with honey served on a bed of lettuce.
- Escargot du Bistrot: Cassolette of snails in a parsley and garlic butter
- French onion soup
- House salad: Mix green, Gorgonzola and walnuts served with Homemade Dijon Vinaigrette (on side)

Second Course (Select One):
- Beef Bourguignon: Beef stew in red wine onion and tomato sauce
- Pork Marco Polo: Pork tenderloin’s medallions in black pepper and Cognac sauce.
- Fish Florentine: Filet of white fish or cod or flounder in a lobster, spinach and lemon sauce.
- Veggie Risotto (Vegetarian or Vegan): Creamy Rice cooked with grilled vegetable and Parmesan shredded
- Chicken Provencal: Cassolette of chicken and bacon cooked in homemade tomato sauce topped with mozzarella cheese.
- Chicken Normande: Diced chicken breast and mushrooms sautéed flambé with Cognac finish in a cream sauce.
- Signature Dish: Choice of a dish on our “Signature dish” regular menu (+$5.90)

Third Course (Select One):
- Crème Brulee: Grand Marnier custard base topped with a contrasting layer of hard caramel.
- Crepe dessert: One choice of Butter-sugar, lemon-sugar, jam, Chocolate sauce and toasted almond
- Dessert of the day

- Nicoise Salad: Mix green, tomato, tuna, rice, black olive, onion, artichokes, green bell pepper and hard-boiled egg served with Homemade Dijon Vinaigrette (on side)
- Tropical Salad: Mix green, tomato, fresh grilled chicken, avocado and grapefruit with Homemade balsamic Vinaigrette (on side)
- Quiche Lorraine: Traditional ham & cheese quiche served with a side salad
- Quiche du jour: Special quiche of the day following the chef inspiration.
- Croissant sandwich: Toasted croissant stuff with scrambled eggs and cheese with a choice of crispy bacon, sausage, ham, turkey or smoked salmon (+$3)
- Super Buck: Buckwheat crepe with ground sirloin, tomato, bacon, mozzarella cheese, topped with a sunny side up egg and served with a side salad (Gluten Free dish)
- Veggie Buck: Buckwheat crepe with ratatouille, onion, spinach and fresh mushroom served with a side salad (Gluten Free dish)
- Croque Madame: Toasted White bread, ham and melted cheese sandwich topped with a sunny side up egg and served with a side salad
- Club Panini: Turkey, bacon, tomato and Swiss cheese Panini served with a side salad

- Crème caramel: Traditional upside-down caramel flan
