- Soupe du jour: daily creations, hot and chilled
- Soupe a l'oignon: crouton, gruyère, crock add 3
- Shrimp & crab bisque: cognac, sherry, cream add 3
- Salad melange: chopped and formed, radicchio, spinach, mushrooms, hearts of palm applewood-smoked bacon, egg, point reyes bleu, herb dressing
- Bijou wedge: iceberg lettuce, creamy bleu, cherry tomatoes, shaved red onion, crispy bacon lardons
- Escargots: à la bourguignonne, garlic, parsley, butter, pernod
- Tuna tartare: lemon truffle oil, sriracha aioli, avocado, crispy wontons

Second Course (Select One):
- Coq au vin: casserole-braised chicken thigh, red burgundy, brandy, pearl onions, mushrooms, whipped potatoes
- Chicken paillard: organic freebird® 8 oz. breast, olive oil, roast vegetables, garlic, spinach, lemon butter
- Lamb shank: on bone, seasonal vegetables, truffled risotto, savory lamb broth
- Carolina trout: grilled, marcona almond, meyer lemon herb butter
- Moules mariniere: pei mussels, dry vermouth, garlic, shallots, tomato, parsley
- Roast duckling: maple leaf farm™, orange or cherry sauce, fruited bread stuffing | add 5

- Mousse au chocolat: white & dark chocolate, lady fingers, espresso
- Banana croissant bread pudding: callebaut ® dark chocolate, “foster sauce”

- Tagliatelle pasta: sun-dried tomato pesto cream, manchego, yellow beets, fennel | Add freebird® chicken 3, add shrimp 5, add lamb meatballs 4
- Quinoa power bowl: avocado, hard-boiled egg, grilled asparagus, oven-roasted tomatoes, mushrooms, corn, herb pesto.
