Married since 1984, Brenda & Craig were both raised in upstate NY near Binghamton.  They’ve remodeled many homes of their own and enjoyed living in Virginia Beach in 1986-94 to partner a start-up called ALMOST A BANC, offering check cashing services.  Building to 19 locations with 120+ employees. After selling the company in 92’, Craig also held his Virginia Real Estate license and negotiated dozens of commercial leases for their own check cashing offices, & tax centers.

In 1991, Brenda & Craig started Quick-File Tax Network, quickly expanding to 30+ offices in Virginia & Maryland – offering Tax preparation services. With 100+ employees each season, they quickly increased their client base preparing thousands of tax returns per season.  Craig sold the business in 1995.  QFTN’s custom-designed FEEBASE database system, training & form kits were licensed to Mellon Bank for use by 1000s of tax offices countrywide for several years. 

In 1994, Craig went to work as a Sales representative for McCarthy Enterprise that included relocation to Rockport, Texas, and lots of travel, selling Time Management systems & journals to Manufacturers of leather Planner covers including Coach, Tumi, Anne Klein. During this same timeframe, Brenda started her career in Real Estate, starting with Coldwell Banker, and then moved to a luxury brokerage Key Allegro Real Estate in Rockport.  Brenda was Rookie of the Year in 1995 quickly proving herself a valuable agent with her quick wit & spunk, receiving various awards for top production and FUN! 

In July 1999, the Wilsons made their move to Tulsa, Oklahoma to pursue Bible College for Craig and start their real estate career together as a team. Craig graduated from Bible School and worked part-time as a Children’s Pastor for 3 years. During this same time, Brenda & Craig quickly evolved into a top real estate team averaging 60+ sales per year in 2000-2004.  In their last year in Tulsa, they were the number one Keller Williams Real Estate team with 80+ sales.  Systems were continually fine-tuned, followed by many happy buyers and sellers, as well as forging many new friendships!   

In July 2004, the call of the sunny Gulf Coast climate and sales opportunities led Brenda & Craig to relocate to SARASOTA’s Paradise on Florida’s gulf coast!  They later joined FINE PROPERTIES, a progressive top LOCALLY BRANDED COMPANY. Their daughter, Jessica Coay, joined the group in 2017 and quickly became a Top Seasoned Agent in the marketplace helping 100's of happy clients. The Sarasota Paradise Group provides each client personalized service for touring properties.  They watch the market continuously to assist their clients in navigating an ever-changing real estate market.
