Mother's Day Brunch at The Ritz Carlton Sarasota

Nothing says luxurious quite like the Ritz Carlton and their Mother's Day brunch buffet is certainly no exception. With culinary inspiration from all around the globe, mom will be more than satisfied as she dines from their fifteen fabulous food stations. They offer everything from waffles and omelets made to order, to soup, carved meats, dim sum, ceviche, decadent desserts and much, much more in between. They even have a pint-sized buffet complete with chicken tenders, fries and fruit to entice the picky little eaters and keep them from complaining on her special day. Mother's Day at Michaels on East

For over 25 years the inspired cuisine at Michael's On East has earned itself an award-winning reputation that any mother would be proud to associate with. They'll start off the day, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with an extravagant brunch buffet that features everything from Michael's Famous Crab Cakes, and other memorable dishes to the classic carving, omelet and dessert stations and everything in between.  For those who prefer to dine a bit later the restaurant will reopen to offer guests a special Mother's Day menu. Mother's Day Watercolor Workshop

Get a jump start on her holiday and sign up for the Mother's Day Watercolor workshop at the Renaissance School of Art on Saturday, May 11th. Participants are invited to share the joy of watercolor painting as artist Vladislav Yeliseyev leads them through the entire process of drawing and painting a flower composition from start to finish.  The workshop is open to all groups and runs from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a light mid-day snack and refreshments provided. Mother's Day Fairy Tea

The Children's Garden will host a lovely Mother's Day Fairy Tea on Sunday May 12th at 2 p.m.  Guests will learn how to attract fairies and butterflies to their garden and even take home their very own butterfly plant. Organic tea and a yummy dessert will be served in the Caterpillar Cottage. Guests are also invited to venture out and discover all the magic this playful garden has to offer.
