Pavement Music Festival

The 5th annual Pavement Music Festival takes place November 15th - 18th as part of the 11th annual Chalk Festival held at the Venice Airport.  The Pavement Music Festival was added to the Chalk Festival 5 years ago, that added another dimension to the Chalk Festival which is the largest and most prestigious 3D Art festival in the world.  The Pavement Music Festival, which lasts 4 days, features the top area musicians including several award winning musicians and several who perform around the country.  The Pavement Music Festival is expanding each year to include very talented musicians.   Several bands/performers tour the country regularly, have new released songs or albums, award winners, and play original music.  A total of 15 artists both solos or groups will perform over the 4 days.  An eclectic assortment of music will be heard; Americana, Folk, Country, Rock, Blues, R&B, World Techno, Trop Rock and more.  The headliner performing Saturday afternoon November 16th at 4:00 pm is Maiden Cane, West Florida's favorite Arena Rock band playing their new single "Alone" and fan favorite "Dead Man Shoes".
