Duathlon at the Bend (5k Row, 6k Run)

Rowers young and old... Join us at Nathan Benderson Park to test your athletic abilities on and off the water at the 2017 Duathlon at the Bend! 

You'll start off with a 5K head race on the water, move through the transition area where you will put your equipment safely out of the way, and head out for a 6K run that will circle the lake. 

While the row with the run may seem daunting, its a fun event that brings out a lot of community support and cheering! Don't be afraid to test your limits and have fun while doing so!
