Steven Fabretti

(BRAVO COASTAL BAR & KITCHEN) Steven Fabretti original from Staten Island, NY and graduated from Keiser University in Culinary Arts right here in Sarasota. 

Steven comes from an Italian family who some how always makes to much food, which inspired him to become a chef.  He loved watching his family gather around the food and talk for hours.

He started working a Brio while still in school and excelled in just a year to team leader, under the leadership of Jason Pellett, Steven learned all areas of the kitchen.  After another great year of development Steven was promoted to sous chef.   Jason being one of his biggest mentors showed Steven how to lead the team and be a great leader.   Steven transferred over to Bravo Coastal Bar and Kitchen in August 2017, with this new concept he quickly took control and received his 3rd promotion in 3 years as Executive sous chef.   Steven shows that hard work and dedication is key to a successful career.  He biggest passions are raising his 2 year old daughter and putting smiles on peoples face ever time they try his food.
