Stephanie Klos

Chef Klos joined the Hyde Park Restaurant Group in 2018 as Executive Chef at the Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse Sarasota location. Chef Klos is responsible for overseeing the training and development of line cooks and day-to-day kitchen operations of the Sarasota location. Prior to joining the Hyde Park Group, Stephanie shaped her culinary talent and skills with Landry’s Restaurants for 18 years, with 12 years at the Chart House Longboat Key.When Chef Klos isn’t creating a new dish, or cooking a great steak, she loves to travel the world, looking for new culinary inspiration.
