Ryan Ward

Ryan Ward is the executive chef of the Hyatt Regency Sarasota.  He hails from a small town in Maine where he brings his New England style cuisine to each menu he creates.  Ryan has lived and learned cuisine from many different places, including Texas, Virginia, Vermont and Pennsylvania.   Currents restaurant has a variety of dishes with inspiration pulled from across the states, with some Florida flair thrown in. He is a big supporter of sustainable seafood, all natural meats, and local produce.   Ryan strongly believes that food speaks for itself with local and thoughtful sourcing and carefully handling ingredients to create world class cuisine with his team.
