Paolo Di Costanzo

Paolo was born and trained on the Island Of Ischia. Ischia is an island off of Naples Italy. Being from an Island chef loves seafood. Now as head chef of Cafe Gabbiano he gets to feature seafood being on the gulf coast. Chef will sometimes change his grouper preparations daily based on seasonal ingredients and will also feature a fish of the day based on season. Our menu also has a blend of classic and modeling Italian dishes from Parmigiana to Osso Buco ravioli.
